I'm enjoying the challenges and rewards of building a molecular diagnostics business that improves patient outcomes. My initial focus was transplant diagnostics to help create better matches between patients and organ / bone marrow donors, and I am now building the business into additional areas of medical molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine.
